Substantiation of this Report, and the behaviours described therein, may be provided, in part, by various reports published on the BFRO website[1]and others. Furthermore, a cursory view of sightings at Salt Fork State Park suggests considerable activity in this area, both historic[2] and contemporary.[3]

The combination of physical, visual, audible and/or olfactory events at Parker Road are as follows:

  1. The large, twisted-branch formation observed north of the vehicle-access road;
  2. The smaller, ground-based branch assembly observed in the same location;
  3. The direct, visual observation of something moving back and forth between the trees;
  4. The enormous footprints observed in the mud, on the vehicle-access road;
  5. The possible branch assembly, observed near the trail to Morgan’s Knob;
  6. The curious piles of dug-out earth observed on the trail;
  7. The sounds of movement in the brush;
  8. The possible observation of a large, dark figure in the brush;
  9. The strange, deeply impressed tracks in the mud;
  10. The second large, twisted-branch formation observed at the base of Morgan’s Knob;
  11. The possible observation of two large, dark figures in the woods, as I was leaving.

These factors, alone or in combination with past experience(s),[4] [5] may be considered sufficient to suggest the presence of EC[6] at Morgan’s Knob in the summer of 2013.

A number of subjective events also occurred. While these cannot be considered conclusive evidence, neither should they be discounted. Although it is reasonable to review the impact of non-objective stimuli in this Report, such effects, while personally quite vivid and at times overwhelming, are nonetheless nearly impossible to substantiate with any measure of certainty.
